This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use the information by HotelioHub, s.r.o.(“HotelioHub”) based in address Markova 13, Bratislava, 85101, Slovakia with IČO: 51116855, DIČ: 2120623274, provides a service for hotels and hotel guests that allows users of the application create unique personal profiles with personal data, communicate with hotel and guests with opportunity to meet with them in the hotel. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy or we may provide you with additional notice. These Privacy Policy govern and apply to your access and use of I am MAX app (“I am MAX”).
Information Collection and Use
HotelioHub collects information when you register with I am MAX, when you use I am MAX features or services, and when you visit our pages for partners. HotelioHub may collect information about you and your use of I am MAX that is both personal and non-personal. For purposes of this policy, "personal information" is information about you that can be used to personally identify you, such as your email address, and that is not otherwise publicly available. "Non-personal" information is everything else.
When you register to use I am MAX we ask for information such as your email address, country of origin, gender, etc. Once you register with I am MAX and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous.
When you send or receive messages, we also collect, process and temporary store the contents of all your messages on our servers.
When you use or connect to the I am MAX mobile app directly or through a Third Party Platform, such as Facebook or another social networking site, we may also access and/or collect certain information from your Third Party Platform profile/account (such as your Facebook account) or via any cookies placed on your device by such Third Party Platform as permitted by the terms of the agreement and your privacy settings with the Third Party Platform. We will share such information with the Third Party Platform for their use as permitted by the terms of the agreement and your privacy setting with the Third Party Platform.
HotelioHub may use some or all of your information for the following main purposes:

- To offer customized features
- To improve our services and features

- To provide Check-in details to hotel (only hotel you select to check in)
HotelioHub is based in Slovakia and the information we collect is governed by Slovak law.

- Short description of user

Collection of all data via I am MAX system follow GDPR policy from May 25th 2018.
Users of the I am MAX solution including I am MAX app users, hotels, partners, customers are able to contact us via email info@hoteliohub.com and ask for:
- Access to information that HotelioHub stores about you
- Correct any information that HotelioHub has about you
- Delete any information that HotelioHub has about you
You can visit our website without giving away your personal information. HotelioHub can use Google Analytics and Cookies in order to improve our service, user experience and analyze how the website is used. The collected information are not used for any additional purpose, such as to profile those who access our website.
In addition to provide you with the newest information about our I am MAX solution we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, Personally indefinable information may include , but is not limited to, your email address. We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your request/enquirers, improving our service. Hoteliohub may use your contact details and provide them only to specific hotel you have been Checked-In due to sharing important information or special offer. You can unsubscribe anytime you want to not receive any email form us.
All personal data stored in I am MAX application will be stored for period of 12 months since last usage of the application. The data must be stored for such a period to provide full quality of I am MAX solution.
All collected data are secure stored in Microsoft Azure cloud servers that strictly follows GDPR and other security rules and international laws.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
HotelioHub may share with or sell to affiliates, vendors, service providers, advertisers, and other non-related third parties your non-personal information for commercial purposes. However, HotelioHub does not sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information, including your email address, to any third parties without your permission, other than as specified below:
- HotelioHub may share your personal and/or non-personal information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or, when necessary, to establish or exercise HotelioHub's legal rights or defend against legal claims;
- HotelioHub may share your personal and/or non-personal information with appropriate authorities when HotelioHub, in its sole discretion, believes that it is necessary to share such information in order to facilitate an investigation, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or in similar situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations or suspected violations of HotelioHub's Terms & Conditions related to personal safety, or as otherwise required by law.
Also, be aware that certain information you post or share with third parties like your friends or members of your network about yourself may be shared with other users and all such sharing of information is done at your own risk.
We collect personal user data including mobile device identification (UDID, device ID, etc.) and geographic location. We collect these data to provide you with relevant content, ensure best application quality and prepare statistics for relevant hotels you have been Checked-In. Statistics helps us to improve app behavior and hotel get to know their guests better to improve hotel services.
Communication from HotelioHub
HotelioHub may contact you via email with service related notifications and announcements in case of need.
You can unsubscribe from the mailing list if you want by clicking on “Unsubscribe” button in the email body.
Sign up via Facebook
We are collecting following information when you sign up via Facebook:

- Email address
- Profile picture
- Gender
- Birthday
We do not send any post on your wall or send any message to your friends in your name.

HotelioHub is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites that may be linked to I am MAX pages. You are solely responsible for reviewing third party privacy policy terms. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by I am MAX.
Location
I am MAX app is location based application. Collecting the information form GPS position is necessary, however you can manage the collecting and sending the GPs position data form your device to our server. You can set if you want application to show your last position, home address or hide your position.
Account Information
You can update or correct information about yourself by editing your account settings within our Services. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us via info@hoteliohub.com but note that we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a necessary period of time.
Push Notifications/Alerts
HotelioHub can send push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings in your account settings in I am MAX app.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13 since our Terms & conditions allows to use I am MAX application to users older than 13 years.
